Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker expands the Board of Directors

We are pleased to welcome two distinguished professionels to our Board of Directors: Lars Petersson and Bo Foged.

Lars Petersson is the CEO of the Velux Group and has previously served as CEO of Hempel A/S. He brings with him extensive experience and deep expertise in the operations and leadership of large-scale enterprises.

Bo Foged is the CEO of CIP Fund Solutions (Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners) and has a background that includes previous roles as CEO of ATP and CEO of BankInvest. He contributes with a profound understanding of the Danish investment landscape.

With this expansion, the Board’s collective competencies and its contribution to our strategic direction are further strengthened.
