Stiesdal A/S is a Danish climate technology company whose main purpose is to develop and commercialize technologies aimed at mitigating climate change. The company primarily consists of three business areas: (1) HydroGen: A cost-efficient electrolyzer for the production of green hydrogen (2) SkyClean: A CO2 capture and storage technology that use pyrolysis to turn organic by-products from agriculture, forestry and industry into biochar and bioenergy. (3) Offshore: An innovative design of floating foundations for offshore wind, enabling the utilization of deep water areas where traditional bottom-fixed offshore wind cannot be deployed.

All business areas share the same vision of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of renewable energy systems.

Stiesdal A/S was founded in 2016 by Henrik Stiesdal, who is the originator of several inventions, including the three-bladed wind turbine, also known as “The Danish Concept”. Today, the company has approximately 140 employees, located in Copenhagen (headquarters), Aarhus, and Give.
