Impact investments at Fondsforum 2023

Yesterday, the Danish grant-making foundations gathered for the annual Fondsforum at Fondenes Videnscenter.

This year, one of the dialogue tracks focused on the investments that form the basis for the foundations' work and how they can contribute to a more sustainable future. Our CEO Claus Gregersen was there and talked about social responsibility across our investment portfolio and specifically about Chr. Augustinus Fabrikkers' impact investments. Our impact investments span widely within areas such as diversity, social cohesion, nature, climate and energy. We believe that return and sustainable development and impact can go hand in hand when experienced forces and innovation work together. At the same time, we believe that we can make a difference by investing in more of the many first-time funds that are fortunately being launched.

Rolf Kjærgaard from the newly established council for impact investing, Claus Omann Jensen from Færchfonden and Lars Jannick Johansen from Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest (which are among our investments) were also present and shared their knowledge, approaches and experiences.
