Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker owns businesses in a wide range of industries. What our ownerships have in common is ambitions and unique business model. We see it as part of our ownership strategy to help the companies make bold and long-term decisions - even when they require changes. We are committed owners with respect for the division of work between owners, board and management, and we base our collaboration on dialogue, trust and accountability.
Our ownership is ideally situation-dependent and can therefore change over time. We can be direct co-owners of private, Danish companies and significant owners in listed companies, and we can be majority owners. Regardless of the form of ownership, we take an engaged and active role in the company's value creation and strategic direction in cooperation with the company's other parties.
For businesses to be relevant investment targets for Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, they must meet a number of criteria. Amongst other, they must be Danish-based and based on a promising business model.
When an investment target is found relevant, we conduct a structured due diligence process. In addition, we, together with the company, set the frame for a value accretive partnership with the company, which includes a common understanding of the company's strategic direction and a convergence of values.
As a natural extension of this, a responsible ESG policy is developed.
