Dr. Carl Ottosen founded Skodsborg Badesanatorium in 1898. He had studied health and physiotherapy in America, and the sanatorium was acknowledged for its expertise in the field of physiotherapy as well as its preventive efforts with spa stays and a healthy lifestyle. An approach that still characterizes Kurhotel Skodsborg today, where the hotel’s guests can benefit from over 120 years of experience with healthy living.
