Investment in Skandinavisk Holding

Effective as of July 1, 2025, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker acquires C.W. Obel A/S’s ownership stake in Skandinavisk Holding A/S. Skandinavisk Holding holds 100% of Fritz Hansen A/S and approximately 32% of Tivoli A/S. The acquisition forms part of Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker’s strategic focus on consolidating significant ownership positions.

Following the transaction, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker will hold 100% ownership of Skandinavisk Holding, thereby gaining full ownership of Fritz Hansen and approximately 57% of Tivoli, as the company already owns a direct 25% stake in Tivoli. Prior to the acquisition, Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker held a 65% stake in Skandinavisk Holding, while C.W. Obel held the remaining 35%.
