Eupry Closes Series A Round of Over DKK 170 Million with Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker as a New Shareholder
The Danish-founded technology company Eupry, with its combined hardware and software solution, unites three compliance industries into one. The company has developed and refined a solution allowing pharmaceutical, biotech, and logistics companies to digitize processes that have traditionally been manual, time-consuming, and risk-prone.
Global demand for digitized solutions has made Eupry a highly attractive player in the market, resulting in a Series A funding round of over DKK 170 million, with the foundation-owned investment company Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker as the primary investor.
The capital injection will be used to strengthen the company’s established position in the U.S. market and further develop its product offerings.
Entering a New League with Prominent Danish Growth Companies
Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker has focused on "scale investments" since 2019, targeting promising Danish companies that have demonstrated proof of business and need capital to scale. Eupry is the ninth scale investment by Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, joining the ranks of other notable Danish growth companies such as Stiesdal, Veo Technologies, Zenegy, and Podimo.
"We have been following Eupry for a long time and are impressed by their innovative temperature monitoring and data management solutions, which are now set to anchor on a global scale. We see tremendous potential in Eupry and are pleased and proud to welcome them to Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker — and contribute to their further journey. With their groundbreaking products, ambitions, and a skilled and dedicated team, Eupry fits perfectly into our scale investment strategy, and we look forward to unlocking the potential together with Eupry, EIFO, Ugly Duckling Venture, and Sagitta," Claus Gregersen, CEO of Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker.
Eupry represents the 19th ownership in Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker’s portfolio, which also includes prominent, established companies such as Tivoli, Royal Unibrew, itm8, and Abacus Medicine.
