Software company Zenegy joins our scale ownerships
New investment!
We at Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker are proud to announce that we have added the software company Zenegy to our portfolio of scale ownerships. Zenegy is an innovative and fast-growing payroll and fintech software company with a focus on digitizing and simplifying work processes for payroll, accounting, expense management and human resources administration.
“By thinking new and innovative within payroll, Zenegy has proven its relevance in the market in just a few years. And with the launch of the comprehensive financial platform later this year, Zenegy moves significantly wider in the market. It is a quantum leap in financial and administrative software, and with us as co-owners, we believe that Zenegy, with roots in Denmark, can also become an international success.”
The Danish company, founded in 2017, has in a few years managed to get more than 7,000 companies connected to its automated platform, which handles both payroll and advanced time tracking. Among the investors are, in addition to Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, experienced forces such as Danske Bank.
Zenegy was founded by e-conomic founder Jacob Wandt and former e-conomic director Jes Tækker Stemann Brinch. They are now looking forward to expanding their market reach. We are excited to be part of the journey.
