Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker becomes a partner in Implement

Implement strengthens the ownership model for the next international phase with Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker as new partner

Based on 30 years of partner-driven growth, Implement Consulting Group is developing its ownership model for the next international phase. Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker becomes a new partner with an ownership share of 25% of the company, while the current partners continue to own the majority. The agreement is intended to support Implement’s continued international development and make the ownership model more scalable across markets.

As Implement has become more international, the need to develop the ownership model has also grown. For Implement, the central question has been how the company can strengthen its international platform without losing the culture, autonomy and closeness to customers on which the company is built.

“Implement turns 30 this year, and we are in a new place. We are no longer only a Danish consultancy house – we are an international transformation partner, and we would like to build an even stronger company. If we are to continue to attract talented people across markets and help customers with increasingly larger tasks, our ownership model must be able to keep up. With Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, we get a long-term partner who understands our model and respects what makes Implement strong. At the same time, the partners continue to own the majority,” says Niels Ahrengot, founder and CEO of Implement.
